Heading is looking for his client , a TX Engineer (M/F) for Maputo
Activities:
- Develop, maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collect, clean, transform and analyse data from different sources.
- Create data models and develop DAX measures and calculations.
- Use SQL to query, extract and analyse data from databases.
- Monitor data quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Identify trends, patterns and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Work with IT teams to integrate data from different systems.
- Support users with Power BI reports, dashboards and data-related issues.
- Automate reporting processes where possible.
- Ensure appropriate data security and access controls.
- Provide technical and analytical support to business users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field;
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Power BI, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or IT-related roles;
- Proven experience working with Power BI and data analysis;
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX and Power Query;
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
- Experience with Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis;
- Understanding of data modelling and ETL processes;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
