Heading is looking for his client , a Loan Recovery Officer (M/F) for Maputo
-Activities
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and marketing activities.
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market outreach activities, including field visits and client meetings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell bank products to existing customers.
- Provide accurate product information and financial guidance to clients.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new clients in compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions in the system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities..
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with KYC requirements and banking regulations.
