-Risk Manager
-Activities
-Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and credit risks within the organization.
-Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements, including Bank of Mozambique guidelines.
-Conduct regular risk assessments, stress testing, and scenario analysis to anticipate potential threats.
-Prepare risk reports and provide recommendations to senior management for mitigation strategies.
-Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management best practices.
-Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-making.
-Monitor and review risk indicators, identifying emerging risks and proposing corrective actions.
-Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization through training and guidance.
-Technical Requirements
-Degree in Finance, Economics or related areas.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
-Proficiency in operational, financial and credit risk management.
-Knowledge of Bank of Mozambique regulations.
