-Operations Manager
-Supervise and coordinate all daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal processes and banking/ micro banking regulations.
-Manage and optimize operational processes, including payments, transfers, transaction processing, and customer services.
-Monitor operational performance indicators and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
-Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
-Lead, guide, and develop the operations team, fostering a disciplined and motivating work environment.
-Support management in defining operational strategies and long-term planning.
-Resolve complex problems and critical situations affecting operations, ensuring fast and effective responses.
-Tecnical Requirements
-Degree in Management, Administration or similar fields.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking/microbanking sector.
-Strong knowledge of banking operations, payments, operational compliance and processes.
