-Supervise and coordinate all financial operations of the organization.
-Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and bank reconciliations.
-Manage treasury and cash flows, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
-Implement financial policies and monitor risks.
-Technical Requirements
-Degree in Accounting, Finance or related areas.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience, mandatory in the banking/microfinance sector.
-Strong understanding of financial standards, reconciliations, treasury and reporting.
-Certifications such as ACCA are valued.
