-Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE requirements across works to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
-Follow up on administrative duties for the team such as preparation of mission orders, expense forms, leave schedules,
-timesheets
-Coordinate the implementation of Medical Fitness for Work program liaising with medical service providers to ensure assessments
-are scheduled, conducted and results delivered on time
-Verify validity of MFC and cross-checks to confirm pre-approval from Company Doctors.
-Liaise with C&P for procurement processes related to medical supplies and services.
-Handle stock records, requisition orders and follow up accordingly in SAP.
-Collect and electronically archives reports from project medical services providers.
-Coordinate and maintain records for health and hygiene inspections and audits conducted at Project facilities.
-Maintain electronic records of all health programs, procedures and plans.
-Actively participate and follow up on the organization of all required Events.
-Responsible for the content, coordination and deployment of Health awareness and promotion initiatives and campaigns.
-Composing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports, memos etc.
-Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to him/her by the line manager Context and environment.
-Project entity is a multinational joint venture, has a large social performance element and is a project financed by high profile
-lenders.
-Afungi Site is extremely remote in Northern Mozambique with unreliable infrastructure and communications
-Qualifications/Experience required
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Engineering, or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative and secretarial work including but not limited to drafting reports, organizing
-meetings, travel and accommodation booking
-Technical competencies: Very Good command of English knowledge and advanced experience in database management
