Heading is recruiting for its client, a Trainning Analyst (M/F) to be based in Maputo .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Competency & Training (C&T) systems, including training records, curriculum mapping, scheduling, and re-certification tracking.
- Work closely with the Workforce Development Lead and functional supervisors to align training with operational needs.
- Develop and maintain local training catalogues and matrices for operations and support roles.
- Serve as the local point of contact for training systems and tools, assisting with configuration and maintenance.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant training delivery.
- Monitor training progress and performance and support reporting for regulatory compliance and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in creating role-based roadmaps and reference profiles for workforce development.
- Oversee service provider invoicing processes and ensure proper documentation and delivery of services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Administration, Business Support, or a related field.
- Previous experience with training systems or competency-based management is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
- Confident managing tasks independently and supporting leadership decision-making through structured reporting.
